Attention GameFrog Gamers!

All underage gamers must present a parental consent form signed by his or her legal gaurdian. This form waives GameFrog Inc of all liability involved with underage gamers playing M rated games. Our consent forms are available here in downloadable PDF format.

• • GameFrog Inc has implemented a "parental consent" system that gives parents the option of whether or not to allow their children under age 17 to play M rated games. No child under the age of 13 will be allowed to play M games.
